About Darin Manis
Darin Manis is the CEO and Founder of RJ & Makay. Darin has an extensive business background and has successfully run several national corporations. He is an author, investor and human capital consultant to some of the biggest names in the financial services industry. Darin is often sought by the press to share his insight regarding human capital issues in the financial sector (see Newsroom).

Darin has a heart for orphans and is the Founder and Chairman of the Orphan Coalition, a nonprofit global coalition of people, businesses and other nonprofits supporting tens of thousands of orphans worldwide.
On a personal note, Darin is married to his wife Susan and has a son RJ and a daughter Makay. They reside in Colorado, splitting their time between their homes in Colorado Springs and Breckenridge. Traveling, winter sports, hiking, community activities and church are all passions the family shares together.
