Two thousand
participants attended the Deutsche Bank's 16th annual Women on Wall Street conference, according to an article posted on eFinanceCareers.com. But when it came to assessing whether employers are in line with theme of the conference—"Innovation: Ideas into Action”—less-than-exciting experiences were reported.
The keynote speaker, author and social critic Steven Berlin Johnson, emphasized how good ideas tend to come to those who network with others from a variety of backgrounds and professions.
