UBS Wealth Management Americas is adding a dose of new talent to its financial advisor teams this week, with the revival and revamping of a financial advisor training program that was on hold for almost two years.  Members of the firm say that approximately 150 rookies across the country are participating, with most new hires coming from the top 15 markets such as New York, Chicago and other big metro areas and wealth centers selected through expansion efforts implemented by brokerage chief Robert MacCann.
