Caution in being cautiously optimistic

As a lifelong, through and through Concerned Lookoptimist I'm easily lured in with an article that begins with: If you're inclined toward optimism, there are certainly a few economic trends that will soothe your frontal lobe. For one, it was written by Rick Newman at U.S. News & World Report and I read many of his articles. But it also just so happens, I do try to get my frontal lobe soothed by economic trends every chance I can get. But after reading the first paragraph I realized I skipped ahead as I often do and didn't exactly catch the title of the article which is, Why Business Leaders Remain Gloomy. Mr. Newman created a 10 top worry list from business leaders he quotes.
