insider trading Employees at three investment management firms may face criminal charges as part of an insider-trading probe by U.S. authorities in New York, a person familiar with the matter said. Charges may be filed as early as this month against individuals at mutual fund company Neuberger Berman Group LLC, and two hedge fund firms--Level Global Investors LP, and Diamondback Capital Management.
