$1 million to Feeding America from Nationwide Insurance Foundation

The Nationwide Foundation has donated $1million to Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization. The funds will be shared by Feeding America’s national office and 21 member community food banks. A portion of the funds will go to the National Produce Program to distribute fresh fruit and vegetables to people facing hunger.

Nationwide Insurance Nationwide NASCAR campaign was awarded the 2010 NASCAR Marketing Achievement Award on Friday, December 3^rd, at the NASCAR NMPA Myers Brothers Awards held at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Each year, NASCAR recognizes an industry partner who has demonstrated the spirit of NASCAR through integrated marketing efforts for racing fans, consumers and employees.

Directly through its NASCAR sponsorship, Nationwide experienced substantial increases in brand awareness, purchase consideration, lead generation and policies sold.
