Job boardsA recent The Ladders study, “Keeping an Eye on Recruiter Behavior,”  used a groundbreaking technique called “eye tracking” to monitor recruiter behavior as they digested information or completed activities.  The study measured actual recruiters as they performed online tasks that included resume and job candidate profile reviews.  30 recruiters participated in the study over a 10-week period.
