Here's
yet another sign that a new bull market may be getting underway: In December, financial advisors' confidence in the U.S. economy and stock market reached its highest level in four years.
That statement is based on the Advisor Confidence Index (ACI), which jumped to 116.13 in December (a 4% improvement from November). At current levels, the ACI isn't too far off the peak of 123.88 it reached back in February 2007, right before the financial crisis and Great Recession.
