Nearly a quarter of workers around the world are depressed, according to a recent “Global Mindset Survey” by management consulting firm rogenSi. The study, which surveyed 1,200 workers around the world, found that 92% of survey respondents linked their mental health with their job performance. The research also showed that only 12% are optimistic about their jobs, and that 14% of workers thought of their leaders as inspirational.
