Interesting poll finding from the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC): 66% of Americans say they have 'frugal fatigue.' That is, they're tired of pinching pennies.
However, penny pinching appears to be the only option for most people these days. Just 5% of those polled have decided to start spending more. Eight percent haven't changed their spending habits in recent years. The remaining 21% have and they said the changes were both positive and permanent, NFCC reports.
