On the heels of a deep recession that forced people to be far more frugal, many consumers are saying they've changed their ways for good. Or have they?
According to a recent survey by Citigroup, 52% of consumers claim the recession has "forever changed" the way they spend and save. However, 63% made that claim in the same survey a year ago, when the economy was much frailer.
